About these terms
These terms apply to your use of hmbox.in and to orders placed with HM-BOX (Home Meal Box) by WhatsApp, phone or enquiry form.
Orders
- An order is confirmed only when HM-BOX confirms it to you by WhatsApp or phone. Submitting a website form is an enquiry, not a confirmed order.
- Delivery is available only in the areas we serve. We will tell you when you order whether we can deliver to your address.
- Bulk orders (10–100 people) are confirmed separately with an agreed menu, quantity, price and delivery time.
Prices and offers
- The regular price is ₹100 per tiffin. An introductory offer price of ₹85 per tiffin applies to orders for delivery up to and including 31 December 2026.
- The price confirmed to you when your order is accepted is the price you pay.
- Prices and offers may change. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Food
- All food is vegetarian. The sabzi changes from day to day.
- Our kitchen handles common ingredients such as wheat, dairy, pulses, nuts and spices. If you have a food allergy or a dietary restriction, please tell us before you order. We cannot guarantee that any meal is free from a particular allergen.
- Food is prepared to be eaten fresh. Please eat it soon after delivery.
